February 21, 2012On average, drivers are involved in an auto accident once every seven years. Fortunately, most of us aren’t well versed in the hoops and obstacles required to smoothly navigate the collision repair process. But when we need help, Athens Body Shop Manager Ed Papazian is here to help.
“If you don’t go through it everyday, you can’t possibly know what to expect,” says the February Employee of the Month. “Having been involved in this business for so many years enables me to know what the customer is feeling and going through. I’m able to help them through an insurance and repair process that can be very confusing.”
“The customers love Ed because he really knows what he’s talking about,” says Body Shop Administrative Assistant Lisa Powell.
When Ed isn’t supervising the bodywork on RAMs, Mustangs and Beetles, he’s riding horses – competitively. He’s a three-day eventer.
“Three-day eventing is a combination of riding on a flattened arena, stadium jumping over obstacles that fall if you hit them and cross-country – which is running across fields over obstacles that DON’T fall if you hit them,” Ed laughs.
